Entrepreneurship also means evolving, learning, and knowing how to adapt each project to the needs of its time.
In this episode of “Conectando el RURAL al mundo”, the podcast by Asteo Red Neutra, a company in which Rurix is a shareholder, Pedro Abad talks with Carlota Mateos, founder of Rusticae, co-founder of PlenEat, and driving force behind Ancla.life. A career path that connects rural tourism, sustainability, food, and the well-being of entrepreneurs.
One of her best-known projects is Rusticae, born in 1996 to bring together charming accommodations and offer experiences linked to architecture, gastronomy, and the local territory. The project contributed to professionalizing a rural tourism sector that was then still in an early stage of development.
The conversation also covers her experience with PlenEat and her current project, Ancla.life, which focuses on a less visible aspect of entrepreneurship: mental health care and the prevention of emotional burnout.
A conversation about purposeful innovation, territory, and a way of understanding entrepreneurship that goes far beyond business growth.
