Rurix Rural Interconnection acts as the corporate parent of a group of telecommunications companies that includes, among others, Asteo Red Neutra and Rede Aberta.
1.2_ The owner of this website is a limited liability company, whose main corporate purpose is telecommunications.
1.3_ The clauses of this document shall apply to the web domain: https://rurix.es / rurix.pt / rurix.eu whose content will henceforth be referred to as "the website" as previously mentioned.
2. General conditions for the use of the websites
2.1_ Access to and use of the website and all subdomains and directories included under it are subject to the terms detailed in this document.
2.2_ The main objective of the website is not the contracting of paid services, but rather making available to the public information regarding the different services offered by it. If, as a consequence of the previous section, the client decides to request our services, these will be subsequently contracted through the corresponding contract and/or budget.

4. Addresses
Due to the existing communication protocols on the Internet, when the User visits our website, Rurix automatically receives the IP (Internet Protocol) address assigned to their computer by their Access Provider.

7. Forms and data protection policy
7.1_ On the website, there may be forms that the user can fill out to request information regarding our services. Forms may be completed to have communications sent regarding products and services provided by Rurix. These forms do not have the nature of electronic contracting nor traditional pre-contracting.
7.2_ For the purposes of the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), Rurix informs the user that the data collected in the aforementioned forms are processed by the former and incorporated into a file that has implemented all the technical and organizational security measures established in the cited regulations. Pursuant to these regulations, Rurix is the Data Controller.
7.3_ The User is informed of the collection of such personal data, expressly accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by Rurix in the manner and for the purposes indicated herein.

7.5_ Data transfer. The data provided by the user may be transferred to entities belonging to the partner members of Rurix and/or its collaborating entities, including Asteo Red Neutra and Rede Aberta, so they can contact the user to offer telecommunications services. When the user provides their data voluntarily, it will be transferred to the collaborating companies that provide telecommunications services in the area requested by the user, so these companies can contact the user to offer their services. The contact details and the property address provided by users during the coverage consultation process may be communicated to telecommunications operators with whom we maintain commercial and/or network interconnection agreements, with the exclusive purpose of allowing these operators to send the user information and commercial offers regarding fiber optic Internet access services available at their address through our network. The user may request the list of entities receiving their data by sending a request to dpd@rurix.es.
7.6_ For what purpose do we process your data and under what legal basis? We may process user data for the following purposes: (i) To provide you with information about our services, contacting the user based on their consent; (ii) To provide you with information based on your coverage, checking if you have coverage for our services at the address you provide, based on your consent; (iii) Commercial contact, when the user contacts us on their own initiative through any of the enabled channels (email, telephone, social networks, or other means), based on their consent; (iv) Contact from collaborators, in the event that the user requests it, so that Rurix's collaborating companies dedicated to installing the service can contact you, based on your consent.
7.7_ What type of data do we process? For the purposes set forth, the user's data set is processed, divided into the following sources and categories: (i) Data provided directly by the user, either when requesting information through forms or when requesting that we contact them to inform them about services or check coverage; (ii) Data derived from the development of the relationship, provided indirectly in the context of informative contacts or through the use of the website, including browsing data or data on specific service needs; (iii) Data inferred by Rurix through the study of user data using algorithms or know-how, including results of profiling activities according to criteria such as contact channel, requested information, or conversion rate; (iv) Data obtained from third parties, such as geomarketing companies, social networks, the CNMC, or other collaborating companies, or companies that provide information on the economic activities of self-employed individuals or professionals.
7.8_ Data retention. User data, collected and processed by the Data Controller, will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months from its collection for the management of the request made, coverage inquiry and/or connectivity offers, etc., unless the user confirms its renewal or revokes consent before said period.
7.9_ User rights. The user has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them. They may exercise these rights by sending an email to dpd@rurix.es, the procedure being entirely free of charge for the user.
7.10_ Advertising. Advertising, promotions, or other customer loyalty campaigns will only be conducted with the consent provided by users through their positive and voluntary action on this website. Users expressly accept and consent to receiving advertising, whether via email or postal mail to the address provided, or where applicable through instant messaging, social networks, or SMS telephone messages/whatsapps, to the contact number provided.
7.11_ Supervisory Authority.
